my favorite vegetable

my favorite vegetable is spinach because spinach is healthy for your eyes and it is known as the most healthy vegetable. I love eating spinach salads because they are very healthy. Spinach is also tasty so i like it as my favorite vegetable now lets describe the spinach it is green, shaped like lettuce, long and the best for your eyes so if someone have glasses so they can eat spinach and have a better eye contact i think everybody should eat spinach.
